These experienced professionals guide you through the eerie corridors of the historic Farrar School, using state-of-the-art paranormal investigation equipment to explore and document supernatural activity.

Participants get the chance to work alongside these real investigators, learning firsthand about the techniques and tools used in the world of paranormal research. Whether you're a skeptic or a believer, this tour offers a unique opportunity to delve into the mysteries of the unknown.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

We can’t promise what you'll see… but the building has a long history of unexplainable activity: shadows caught on camera, voices with no source, and guests who swear something pushed them. We bring the tools, the spirits decide the rest.
This is a real investigation in a building known for disturbing energy. We recommend guests be 12 or older, and mature enough to handle intense environments, unexpected sounds, and the possibility of direct contact.
We cap each investigation at 20 guests max, but you’ll break into smaller teams to explore the school’s darkest rooms, rotating between hotspots where activity has been strongest. Smaller groups mean fewer distractions… and more chances to be alone with whatever’s in there.
Comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, and layers — Farrar Elementary has limited heat and AC. Winters can get bone-cold, and summer nights will bring the heat.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start date.

Absolutely! A lot of the best evidence of paranormal activity has been captured by guests. If you capture anything, please send it to us and we’ll add it to our social media + credit you!

The two people there helping were so kind and so funny and honestly made the experience 10 times better. They allowed you to lead the entire investigation from deciding where to put equipment/use equipment and allowing you to ask all the questions you want.
