These experienced professionals guide you through the eerie corridors of the historic Farrar School, using state-of-the-art paranormal investigation equipment to explore and document supernatural activity.

what to expect

This isn’t a ghost tour. It’s a full-fledged paranormal investigation.

Explore every corner of the school - crumbling classrooms, the gym where figures have been seen moving in the dark, and the principal’s office… where whispers can often be heard.

Led by veteran investigators with over 15 years of real experience - no actors, no tour guides, just the raw hunt.

You’re part of the investigation - not a spectator. You’ll be holding the gear, asking the questions, and walking into the dark.

We provide all the gear - EMF meters, spirit boxes, REM pods, and MANY more. No experience needed.

You’ll split into small teams, rotating through the most active areas of the school - the ones even investigators hesitate to walk alone.

24/7 security cameras - you’ll have access to our security cameras that will be recording the entire time in case something (or someone) shows up.

  • We can’t promise what you'll see… but the building has a long history of unexplainable activity: shadows caught on camera, voices with no source, and guests who swear something pushed them. We bring the tools, the spirits decide the rest.

  • This is a real investigation in a building known for disturbing energy. We recommend guests be 12 or older, and mature enough to handle intense environments, unexpected sounds, and the possibility of direct contact.

  • We cap each investigation at 20 guests max, but you’ll break into smaller teams to explore the school’s darkest rooms — rotating between hotspots where activity has been strongest. Smaller groups mean fewer distractions… and more chances to be alone with whatever’s in there.

  • Comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes, and layers — Farrar Elementary has limited heat and AC. Winters can get bone-cold, and summer nights will bring the heat. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start date. 

  • Absolutely. Bring whatever you trust to face the unknown.

  • Absolutely! A lot of the best evidence of paranormal activity has been captured by guests. If you capture anything, please send it to us and we’ll add it to our social media + credit you!

I had a time slot from 10:30pm-2:30am with a group of friends and can hands down say it was one of the most fun and interesting experiences I have ever had. The two people there helping were so kind and so funny and honestly made the experience 10 times better. They allowed you to lead the entire investigation from deciding where to put equipment/use equipment and allowing you to ask all the questions you want. I will definitely be visiting the school again!! A must have amazing experience for anyone who is interested in the paranormal.

I grew up in fort dodge and i cant believe i lived so close to it, watched sam and colbys hell week like i do each time they post and i flipped out when i found out they bought the school, ive never been so happy that they were covering a school in the least mentioned state!! Thank you so much sam and colby for giving Iowa some recognition!!! Next time i visit my family there i will definitely stop by and hopefully get a tour! <3

Highly recommend everything was so amazing my group and I had great experiences the tour guides Ivy and Anna were so cool. They showed you how to do everything and let you do practically anything you wanted. Would recommend this for anyone already planning to come back.

I actually had a paranormal experience here. It was the most bone-chilling thing I have ever felt in my life. In the top floor, I saw someone standing there looking at me and then disappear out of thin air. This place isn't for the weak guys but its definitely an amazing experience.

LOVED!! A group of friends and myself did the 6-10pm tour with Ivy! She knew her stuff and made sure we all had a chance to use equipment and get pictures/videos of the school! Experienced a lot of crazy stuff and can’t wait to go again!! Shout out to Ivy and Anna they were awesome!!
