Meet the Team
Manager
Ivy
Ivy brings a deep passion for the spiritual realm and a fascination with paranormal evidence to every investigation at Farrar. With years of experience in leadership, team management, and the paranormal field, she is dedicated to creating authentic investigative experiences for every guest.
As one of the individuals who helped shape the modern investigative approach at Farrar, Ivy played a key role in building the guests’ experience. Her years spent exploring the building have given her a unique perspective on its history and its ever-changing energies.
As Co-Manager of Farrar Elementary, Ivy is committed to educating guests, mentoring investigators, and creating an environment where curiosity, respect, and exploration of the unknown can thrive. Whether guiding a first-time investigator or working alongside seasoned paranormal enthusiasts, her goal is always the same: to help others experience the mystery of Farrar for themselves.
ManagerAnna Christiansen
Anna, a local to Iowa, has a deep appreciation for the
rich and layered history that surrounds Farrar and the stories held within its walls. Her passion for the building and the energy within it was clear from the moment she first stepped inside.
Known for her calm, respectful approach while investigating, Anna quickly became a natural fit at the school. Her presence, patience, and genuine care for both the history of Farrar and the spirits connected to it have made her an essential part of the team
Anna is now one of Farrar’s key managers, helping guide investigations and welcome guests into the building with the same respect and curiosity that first drew her there. She brings a humble yet strong energy to the school, helping create meaningful experiences for visitors while honoring the spirits and history that make Farrar such a special place.
Lead InvestigatorSonya Behle-Davila
Sonya brings a unique and deeply personal connection to the school as a former student who once walked the same halls that investigators now explore. She remembers the teachers whose names still appear on the classroom tags and carries real memories of the building from her time growing up within its walls.
That personal history gives Sonya a special perspective during investigations. She approaches the paranormal with both respect and familiarity, understanding the space not only as a historic location but as a place that once shaped her own experiences.
One of Sonya’s favorite parts of investigating is watching skeptics experience the unexplained firsthand. Time and time again, she has seen curious visitors walk in doubtful and leave only a few hours later with a completely different view of the paranormal.
Historical Researcher
Luke
Luke, the historical researcher at Farrar, a role that fits naturally with his background in paranormal investigation. With more than 15 years of investigative experience, Luke has spent years exploring the school and documenting its activity long before it gained wider recognition.
His passion for research has led him to uncover not only paranormal evidence within the building but also the deeper history of the school and the land it stands on. Through extensive work with historical records, local archives, and community sources, Luke has dedicated countless hours to piecing together the stories that make Farrar what it is today.
By interviewing former students and teachers, Luke gathers firsthand accounts that help bring the school’s past to life for investigators and guests. His work helps connect the paranormal experiences people have inside the building with the real people, memories, and history that still echo through its halls.
His dedication to preserving Farrar’s history has made him an important part of the investigative experience at the school, helping visitors understand not just the activity that happens there, but the stories behind it.
