Meet the Team

Manager

Anna Christiansen

Anna, a local to Iowa, has a deep appreciation for the
rich and layered history that surrounds Farrar and the stories held within its walls. Her passion for the building and the energy within it was clear from the moment she first stepped inside.

Known for her calm, respectful approach while investigating, Anna quickly became a natural fit at the school. Her presence, patience, and genuine care for both the history of Farrar and the spirits connected to it have made her an essential part of the team

Anna is now one of Farrar’s key managers, helping guide investigations and welcome guests into the building with the same respect and curiosity that first drew her there. She brings a humble yet strong energy to the school, helping create meaningful experiences for visitors while honoring the spirits and history that make Farrar such a special place.

Psychic

Stephanie Pitz

Stephanie Pitz, our resident psychic based out of Ohio, is deeply involved in the paranormal world. She runs Haunted Havens, a paranormal event company that takes people into well-known haunted locations across the United States, creating immersive experiences where guests can explore the paranormal and learn about spirit communication.

Stephanie has been traveling to Farrar since the school first opened for tours. She has built a strong relationship with the spirits and has helped uncover layers of history that make investigations even more special, often bringing out more activity within the building and helping others better understand the energy within Farrar.

Stephanie is also known for working with spirit dolls, and if you are lucky, you might even catch one on an investigation with her.

Lead Investigator

Sonya Behle-Davila

Sonya brings a unique and deeply personal connection to the school as a former student who once walked the same halls that investigators now explore. She remembers the teachers whose names still appear on the classroom tags and carries real memories of the building from her time growing up within its walls.

That personal history gives Sonya a special perspective during investigations. She approaches the paranormal with both respect and familiarity, understanding the space not only as a historic location but as a place that once shaped her own experiences.

One of Sonya’s favorite parts of investigating is watching skeptics experience the unexplained firsthand. Time and time again, she has seen curious visitors walk in doubtful and leave only a few hours later with a completely different view of the paranormal.
